Seller meets the state mandated inspections on all vehicles however any verbal claims by seller's agents such as sales staff or Internet Sales staff must be independently verified by buyer in writing with a person of management authority in the seller's organization such as Sales Manager or GM or F&I Manager. Deposits to hold the vehicles are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated by seller. Vehicle history reports may or may not be present on seller's website and/or provided with the sale documents and seller does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of such information from 3rd party providers.
